I really don't think they had any idea as to what they were doing. My dog was immediately rushed into a cage as soon as he got there so that he could wait his turn and then they took a little over 5 hours to finally finish with him. Haircut was horrible and he also walked out with bald patches.

Great store. Friendly owner and staff. Nice selection and fair Prices! This is truly a gem and makes shopping fun and personal.

1st time taking our dog to Greg. He was very pleasant and our dog's cut looks great.

Excellent service. Doggytown is the place to go to if you want your animal to be treated like royalty. My lovely Bella is so happy to go there every time, and the best part is that she always comes back smelling like roses.

It was my first visit ever for my puppy, and despite being concerned how he would behave while being in strangers' hands, I was pleased to find out that experienced staff makes a whole lot of a difference!I am certainly coming back for his next grooming session!Merci les filles.

They charged $470 for a blood work, one shot of antibiotics, 7 pills of antibiotics and 2 cans of dog food. After the first week of treatment, they gave us 2 different kinds of antibiotics. For $70+ dollars. They quoted for $2,000 for a spade surgery, and told me if I do it else where, I would get charged for $4,000. Maybe it’s because I am a new immigrant, they thought it’s easy to rip me off. Through family and friends’ help, we found a more decent vet clinic. My dog got the treatment and surgery with less than $1,000!!!! I think the price difference exist for different clinics. But they obviously lied about the price. I hate to think I was so close to give up my dog because I simply could not afford the surgery! It’s absolutely frustrating when the first vet you visited asked for a ton of money when you are desperate to save your beloved pet. It makes me so angry to think they are taking advantage of that situation. Everything I say here I have support of evidence. I kept all the receipts.

We just had our new pup Coco here for his first exam and vaccines and the reviews are true ! This is a great place to take your pet ! The receptionist was very friendly and informative ! Dr Patel was very professional and friendly and Coco seemed to like him too ! The vet tech that trimmed his nails was also very friendly and informative ! Lastly.... the price was very reasonable, unlike the last vet we used for our dear departed BooBoo ! We have definately found our new vet here in Sarnia !
